Rhodri, the friend of Christopher´s father is there and they speak to each other. After that Christopher want to write his book and describe thinks more in detail having the people a precise picture of everything.  Then Christopher compares the grey cloud with an alien spaceship and tells something about that.

This Chapter I like a bit more. I find it strange again Christopher doesn´t understand Rhodri makes a joke with him when he asks what´s 251 times 864. Maybe that is why Christopher doesn´t understand and likes it when Rhodri so often laugh at him. Also I think it is difficult for Christopher to describe things like you have a picture for your eyes because then he always thinks about thinks from the space or something like that.
